The biology of human is action-focused. The thoughts in or brain fly constantly and we wish action continuously. The theory of relativity by Einstein is depicted by a the photography which shows inside and outside of an moving bus. When you sit without action within you catch the landscape around, but in the outside you cannot.

The swift sentiments can motivate us to prefer the wrong actions, like overthinking. Taking the right decisions, target-oriented habits in order to catch the big picture, have so powerful contribution that we have not ever focused or imagined.

1. Try to filter your emotions

People do not over-think on positive emotions and thoughts, continue their lives with the happiness (unless so skeptical) There is a lot of triggers what stop us within but force us to act with flame. When you feel it; anger, hopeless, offense… You shall filter your emotions with three steps. Not steps but asking yourself some true questions, connect to the real-state. Taking actions when you are within these feeling may end up life-long negative results, because, life contains an endless possibilities.

-How is this solution beneficial for me ?

2. Learn to self-respect, self-love, self-compassion

If you do not set a healthy relationship with yourself, you are going to fail every step in your life. Or your success will be like day-dreaming. Mind + body (right connection between them) = the infinite power% You know that you are the captain of your life, lead it wherever you want -Bahamas, why not!

When your thoughts set as an emperor you will lose the path. Besides, do not ever try to control over the mind, but connect with her/him softly. This is valid for the body, too. Body positivity is a respectful movement, but we really accept our bodies. Otherwise it borns an unconvertable anger. Know the way to convert self-anger into self-compassion.

-No matter what they say, chat with yourself

-You say “thank you” to the people when they do a favor to you, look at the mirror should say yourself as well.

-Of course, there will be a lot of issues for apologizing yourself. Flawless-person is a dream. Guess that you realized something bothering, know the way to say “sorry”
